My training and career in Speech Language Pathology is what sets my practice aside from other coaching professionals in the areas of communication skills and motor speech production. With my training and expertise, I am able to fully understand the manner in which speech sound errors are occurring in persons whose native language is other than English. In addition to my background I am affiliated with various professional organizations including, the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Institute of Language and Phonology (ILP). In 2016, I became a certified P-ESL instructor in the Compton Method of Pronouncing English as a Second Language.  With this knowledge I was able to adapt my own style of practice given my professional background and knowledge base of speech and communication modalities. I furthered my training in 2018 and became certified as a Communication Coach in the highly regarded 3V method, focusing on the modalities of communication as a whole, specifically in the corporate sector. In addition to my professional experiences, I come from a bilingual speaking home of Russian and English, and have lived in various cities where language and diversity are alive and prevalent. I also have a knack for hearing accented sounds, which is a crucial component to any accent modification program.
